Contact or Hands-on Healing Sessions.
Contact healing sessions are available by appointment only. I work from home. Healing sessions are performed in a relaxed environment with candle, soft music and incense if this is suitable to you.
It is preferable that you first have a FREE 1-2-1 consultation, by phone or email, for your requirements before your arrival, although this is not essential.
What To Expect:
Contact healing usually lasts between 3/4 to 1 hour.
There are only a few suggested requirements from you during a healing session. For the healing energy to work efficiently it is strongly advised that you do not wear red and this includes red nail polish. I will also ask you to remove your watch and any magnetic jewellery.
For your own comfort it is best to wear lose clothing. In the event you feel the cold, blankets are provided. You will not be asked to remove any clothing other than your shoes.
You will be asked to lie on a therapy couch, where you are able to relax!
Receiving White Time is different every time. It is a very fine, pure and Divine, loving energy and it helps to open up your Heart Chakra. It is very relaxing, comforting and you may feel warmth.
After the healing session:
You are welcome to sit and relax a while to allow the energies to settle. I will offer you a hot drink, tea, coffee or a wide selection of Fruit and Herbal teas.
I always recommend that you drink fresh water, to help you detox and maybe take a walk in nature to help you take in the natural Earth’s energies.
You may feel certain things, you usually become very
Relaxed. The first three days you may notice things. The first night you may sleep better or have much brain chatter and sleep better the second night. It is possible that you may have slight cold like symptoms, that soon pass. There will be no symptoms of extreme healing crises. White Time, is always gentle and loving.
One to three sessions are usually recommended, more may be necessary, depending on the severity of the ailment or issue.
You may find that various issues come up for you after a healing session, areas of life which you may wish to address. You will usually find that other oppotunities start to open up for you - eveyone is differnet and experiences something unique.
